Kookaburra Cinema turns 20 on the 3rd of January 2017. Come and celebrate 20 years of screenings with us on Saturday the 7th of January 2017.

City of Swan · Bullsbrook Christmas Carols

Come along and enjoy the festive season in Bullsbrook with performances by the Swan City Youth Choir, local Bullsbrook groups, singers, as well as the traditional sing-along carols by candlelight.

Plus a special visit by Santa at 6.45pm!

Clinics and comps are run for all ages and abilities! Don't have your own skateboard? Don't worry Skateboarding WA provides all the equipment you will need to have a go!

Registration forms must be completed and signed by parent/guardian and brought along on the day. Free BBQ provided by local community groups for all participants and spectators!

Friday January 13 4:30pm—7:30pm, Gidgegannup Showgrounds, Skate Clinic + Games.

City of Swan · Pillowcase Project for Children

Get your kids prepared for bushfires.

The Pillowcase Project is a fun emergency preparedness session designed to help build knowledge and capacity in disaster preparedness for young people.

Aimed at 8-12 year olds, the session includes a discussion about the importance of being prepared and interactive activities to help young people prepare their mind for an emergency and consider what to pack in an emergency kit.

Participants are given a pillowcase to decorate and take home, to start their own personal emergency kit.

Gidgegannup, 12 Jan 2017 10am -11.30am, Gidgegannup Hall, Showgrounds, Toodyay Rd.
