Rural Watch Group · Newsletter

A very successful Neighbourhood / Rural Watch display was presented at the recent Small Farms Field Day. Ernie Kerrison, his wife Sharon and friend Mike came up from Lockridge with their comprehensive display and information package.

Rural Watch
Ernie and his friends have successfully reduced crime and associated problems in Lockridge to close to zero by door knocking and signing up nearly the whole neighbourhood. Quite an achievement. He is now working on surrounding suburbs and has recently been appointed to assist the State Coordinator of Neighbourhood Watch. Ernie and co very much enjoyed the day at the Gidge Showgrounds.

Leukemia Foundation · Light the Night

Please help us Light the Night by making a donation towards my fundraising.

I'm joining thousands of people to Light the Night on 16 September 2009. We'll carry coloured balloons each with a tiny light inside. It will be a beautiful night and with your help we can do something good: raising vital funds for patients and families living with blood cancers, such as leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma.

All the money I raise will be invested in critical research into better treatments and hopefully cures, as well as supporting patients during their long and tough treatment. Remember, celebrate and give hope at Light the Night by making a donation or joining my team.
